about

Orgia is the first of a projected short series of stylistically diverse albums inspired by the cinema of the late Italian director Pier Paolo Pasolini - in this case, the film "Porcile" (1969).

As with all of the music in this project, the tracks you hear are not meant to be alternative soundtracks, though sometimes they might be. More, they represent a fantastical and nostalgic imagining of Pasolini's world, reflected and then fractured in the broken mirror of a sorry contemporary reality.
